2. About EFF The Gambia
The Economic Freedom Fighters — The Gambia (“EFF Gambia”, “the Party”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is a registered political party in the Republic of The Gambia, operating in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of The Gambia and the Political Parties Act. Our principal office is located at OIC Highway, Old Yundum, West Coast Region, The Gambia.
3. Membership
Submission of a membership application through the Website does not guarantee membership. All applications are subject to review and approval by the EFF Gambia National Secretariat in accordance with the Party Constitution and Charter. By submitting a membership application, you confirm that:
- You are a citizen or lawful resident of The Gambia aged 18 years or older.
- All information submitted is accurate, complete, and truthful to the best of your knowledge.
- You have read, understood, and agree to uphold the Members Pledge and the values of EFF Gambia.
- You understand that providing false information may result in rejection or termination of membership.
- You consent to EFF Gambia storing and processing your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Volunteer Programme
Submission of a volunteer application is an expression of interest and does not constitute a formal employment or contractual relationship. Volunteer roles are coordinated at the discretion of the EFF Gambia Regional Mobilisation Desk. Volunteers are expected to conduct themselves in accordance with the Party's values, code of conduct, and applicable laws of The Gambia at all times. EFF Gambia reserves the right to accept, reject, or terminate volunteer arrangements at its discretion.
5. Donations
All donations made through this Website are voluntary contributions to the Economic Freedom Fighters — The Gambia political party. By making a donation, you confirm that:
- The donation is made from your own lawfully acquired funds.
- You are not donating on behalf of any foreign government, foreign entity, or any person or organisation prohibited from making political donations under the laws of The Gambia.
- You are aged 18 years or older.
- You understand that donations to a political party may not be tax-deductible.
- Donations are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
EFF Gambia is committed to full transparency in the use of donations in accordance with its financial accountability obligations under the Political Parties Act.
